3. Intellectual Property
The Frontier platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without our written consent.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
